Real Cooking time: 30 mins preparation, 12 minutes for each tray of cookies.

Real Ingredients

  • 250g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200g unsalted butter
  • 75g caster sugar
  • 60g brown sugar (should have been muscovado)
  • 3 tbsp ground instant coffee (should have been 2tbsp instant espresso powder)
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g walnut pieces (should have been 200g; we just used what was left in a bag!)
