  • 1 block of halloumi
  • 400g tin of butter beans
  • 390g tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch of coriander
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp red chilli pesto
  • Salt and pepper
