Chicken with Orange and Olives

Rounding out a week of recipes by Nigel Slater, here’s a recipe from Real Fast Food which he describes as being one of his favourites from the book. I was doubtful looking at the ingredients – there just didn’t seem to be a lot here.

It’s a really easy recipe and to accompany it we followed Nigel’s advice and prepared some bulgur wheat. The resulting dish is really interesting – a buttery sauce which is sweet from the oranges but with an edge from olives.
