Rapid Lamb Ragu

We’re still feeling under the weather, so this dinner is quick and easy, but unfortunately it’s hardly healthy! The recipe comes from Nigella Lawson’s “Nigella Express” – one of the books which first got me into cooking!

A couple of substitutions – no caramelised onions, so we used some caramelised onion chutney. Also, we made enough sauce for 4 people but used enough lamb for two.
